Strawberry Pasta: When Fresh Pasta Becomes a Gourmet Experience
Who says fresh pasta always has to be traditional?
Italian cuisine is also about experimentation, imagination, and surprising ingredients. Strawberry Pasta is one of those recipes that intrigues at first sight and conquers at first taste.
The delicate scent of strawberries blends with fresh pasta to create an elegant, slightly fruity dough, perfect for refined dishes, ideal for special occasions too.

? Ingredients
- About 10 large strawberries (preferably frozen)
- A drop of water
- (Optional) a few tablespoons of good red wine
- 200 g re-milled semolina
- 150 g flour 0
- 1 egg
- Strawberry cream until you reach a total of approximately 200 ml of liquid
⏱️ Preparation time: approximately 15 minutes
? Preparation of the Strawberry Cream
- Place the strawberries in a saucepan with very little water.
- Boil for about 2 minutes.
- If desired, add a small glass of red wine.
- Blend everything with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Let cool completely.

- Mix the semolina and flour.
- Add the flours to the machine.
- Beat the egg and add it to the strawberry cream.
- Slowly pour the mixture into the PASTAMAGIC while kneading.
- Continue until the dough is smooth.

The amount of liquid may vary depending on the flour used.
The best guide is to observe the dough.
When the dough looks like popcorn kernels... it's perfect!
If it's too dry, add a little more liquid. liquid.
