Fresh Buckwheat Pasta: The Pleasure of Making It at Home
Today, we’re sharing a special recipe using buckwheat flour—a way to bring the authentic, rustic flavor of wholesome, character-rich pasta to your table!
With PastaMagic, making it at home is even easier.
Ingredients:
- 200g "Tipo 0" wheat flour
- 100g buckwheat flour
- 117ml water
- DIE no. 10 (for Tagliatelle)
Preparation with PastaMagic:
Place the flours into the mixing container, start the PastaMagic (button 2), and slowly add the water. Let the machine run; the dough should have a crumbly, "bouncing" consistency with no large clumps. If necessary, stop the machine to make adjustments: add a little more water if the mixture is too floury, or a little more flour if it is too damp.
Prepare the tray to collect the extruded tagliatelle.
Sauce:
- 300g ground beef
- 1 yellow onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh basil
Cooking time: 3 minutes
WHY CHOOSE HOMEMADE FRESH PASTA? WHY YOU CAN:
- Experiment with different flours
- Customize your recipes
- Create new flavors and combinations
- Bring fresh pasta to the table in just a few minutes
Important Note: As presented, this recipe is NOT gluten-free, as it contains "type 0" (wheat) flour. For a truly gluten-free version, you must replace it with certified gluten-free flour.
