- 3 measuring cups spelt flour
- 160 ml water

⚙️ Preparation
- Pour the spelt flour into the Sirge PASTAMAGIC.
- Start the dough program.
- Slowly pour in the 160 ml of water.
- Run the pasta machine until the pasta comes out.
- Place the pasta on a lightly floured surface.
- Cook in plenty of salted water for about 3-4 minutes.
